Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have more packages?
Yes! Our packages can be customized to fit your needs and your budget. Contact us if you would like to customize your personal film. We also have package bundles combining Videography, Photography, and Drone footage to give you the best deal!
What is your refund policy?
We require a 50% non-refundable downpayment for us to save an event date. The final payment is due 30 days prior to the event date.
Do your packages include a draft and re-edit?
We do our best to create personalized videos for you. We like to ask questions prior to the wedding to better understand our couples. Sometimes, you may want to add your own ideas to the editing process. If you would like to, we can send you a first draft and re-edit the video for an additional fee.
Can you film at ANY location?
We can film at any private location with permission from the owner of the venue. We will comply with all venue rules and regulations
The State of Hawaii and the City & County of Honolulu allows also make available some public locations for events. We may be able to film at these locations with the proper permists and fees.
If you have a specific location in mind, feel free to contact us directly to find out if a permit is needed.
What Payment Methods do you accept?
We accept cash and check from most bank establishments. We also have Venmo and PayPal available with additional fees
Can I order Raw Footage?
Yes, but it also depends on what you mean by "Raw Footage". We will give you a video file of all the footage together for easy watching. Please let us know that you would like this prior to the wedding so we can film accordingly.
Do you shoot off island?
Yes! We love to travel! We look forward to working with you no matter where you are located!
